EVENT HEADSHOTS PRICING

STEP 1: Select Your Coverage Time: Half Day: $1750 (up to 4 hrs) / Whole Day: $3500 (4-8 hrs) of headshot booth coverage

We will photograph as many people as we can within the time constraints of the event.

Expect about a 100 person capacity in a 4 our period.
STEP 2: Select Retouching Option: Option A: Retouching paid by company/sponsor: $500 / $1000 (Most popular selection)
Option B: Retouching paid by the participant $30 per image

The headshot booth includes:

6 to 10 proofs delivered instantly to participants’ cell phones

1 headshot selection is included per participant - Additional retouched selections are available at $30 per image

Final Retouched selections will be delivered within two business days.

For the Company or sponsor:

A lead list of all Headshot Booth Participants and their contact info in a CSV format
STEP 3: Select Extra Coverage or Items: For larger events: Additional Station $1500 / $3000 for events larger then 200 people this is a mandatory option.

6 foot tall event signage banners with signup QR code and company graphics $100 per banner

Display option: During the event, a curated selection of headshot images are displayed on our HDTV screen in a slideshow featuring branding and advertisements from the Sponsor $250
