What is an Event Headshot Booth?: Our Event Headshot Booth is a mobile photography studio that we set up at your event to provide professional headshots for attendees. It’s a quick, efficient, and fun way to offer a valuable takeaway for your employees or guests.
How does the headshot process work?: It’s simple! Attendees step into the booth, receive guidance from our professional photographer, select their best shots, and then receive their headshots instantly via email.
Do you offer headshot retouching?: Absolutely! We include basic retouching on one headshot for everyone. If you'd like additional images retouched, we offer that service for $30 per image.
What events are suitable for a headshot booth?: This service really shines at corporate functions, industry trade shows, company outings, and business meetings—any event where you want to provide a unique and valuable service to attendees and leave a lasting impression.
How long does it take?: The entire process is quick—usually taking just a few minutes per person. This includes the photography session and image selection.
Can the headshots be branded with our company logo?: Absolutely! Each headshot can be customized with your company’s branding to ensure consistent exposure as the photos are used and shared.
Is there a limit to the number of headshots you can take at an event?: We do our best to see as many people as possible. With that in mind, we can realistically handle about 225 people during an all-day event. We’ll work with you to efficiently manage the flow.
How do participants receive their headshots?: It depends. If you’re a team manager, headshots will be delivered to you in a few days. If it’s a sponsored event, headshots are delivered instantly to the participant’s inbox after they fill out their contact information.
How will I receive the leads generated from the headshot booth we sponsor at a trade show?: It couldn’t be easier. After the event, we'll compile all collected lead information, including contact details captured during the photo session, into a convenient .CSV file and send it directly to you.
What do you need to set up the headshot booth?: We’ll need a designated space at your event and access to power. We take care of the rest, from setup to operation.
